D&O case study: hospitality firm

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected some sectors more than others, and few more than the hospitality sector. We were approached by a firm in the hospitality sector looking for £5m Directors' & Officers' Liability insurance, as well as Public Offering of Securities cover. They had already tried other brokers without any success, which made it all the more challenging. 

After listening to the company's story and building a compelling risk profile, we were able to leverage our knowledge and relationships to secure terms for both the Directors' & Officers' Liability and Public Offering of Securities insurance.
