European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulations

The new European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulations take effect in all EU member countries on the 10th November 2023. Richard Austwick discusses a requirement of these new regulations and an insurance solution that has been developed by Protean Risk and approved by local regulators.
