George Shirley

Assistant Account Manager

George joined Protean Risk in November 2022 as an Assistant Account Manager for the Financial Institutions team. His responsibilities include broking a range of FI risks into the London market, working on both renewals and new business opportunities.

In 2021, George graduated with a 2:1 degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University, specialising in finance and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Protean Risk, he gained valuable experience as an Underwriting Assistant in the financial lines team of an insurer and, in September 2022, achieved his Cert CII qualification.
